So sorry to hear about this and what you will be going through, missing his place in your lives. Not only was he a true man of God, he walked the walk.  If you grew up around him, you knew what a great guy he was, but he was the same way to strangers and newcomers.  If you had no family support group there already, Eddie was there....kids to dr appointments, to school, to church, taking families all over the place.  Loaned money, gave his time, and would give you the shirt off his back, and never let anyone know the good things he did for people he just barely knew.  He could have lived in a million dollar house that was paid off, but he chose to help others with whatever he could.  He was truly the example of not storing up your riches here on earth.  Love and prayers to all his family and friends.

To all the family our sympathy goes out to all of you . Your dad was a great man and Morty & I will always remember him as the Ford man. We would always see him going to the bank when we owned the furniture store. We had great time with him and David at the Fletcher Fair, always seeing them with the little cars and loving the kids.

Our prayers are with all the family.

Deepest sympathy to the Malone family.  We will really miss Eddie at the poker games at Brookridge.  He loved to play and usually won all our money, but then he would turn around and give it back to Kathy to buy snacks for everyone.  He was very thoughtful and considerate of others. He always had a great time and our games will not be the same without him.

Lawton,
Please accept my deepest condolences. I will always remember his friendly smile. I remember that Eddie and Dorothy were married on the same day and year as my parents (Oct. 7,1950).

Lindale, Texas,
Eddie was one of the most cheerful people I have ever known.  Always had a smile for everyone.  His life is a true inspiration to many.  We are all so blessed by having him in our lives, and we can take comfort in knowing that he is in Heaven doing as he always does----helping the good Lord take care of us all.  My love to all the family; I'm proud to have been a part of that wonderful family.

What a wonderful example of God's joy and love of life! Eddie and Dot were a witness to the blessings of a lifetime of love and commitment.  They brought out the best in each other and modeled true faith and dedication.  Eddie will live on in Dot's sparkle and the impact that he made in so many lives at BrookRidge will remain with us.

Brookridge,
Hi Mrs. Malone, David, and Family~
He was friendly, fun, fair, and professional too. He sold me a Taurus, and when I asked him to make it fancy for pick up, he put a feather in the front seat!
David, it was interesting to me that your Dad went into business with his Dad, and so did you. You had to give up mental health services, but all was healthier selling cars.
I am sorry for your great loss,
Nancy
